Mighty Lift ML77 High Capacity Pallet Jack

Standard pallet jacks bend, leak, and wear out fast when they spend every shift under the heaviest pallets in the building. The Mighty Lift ML77 is built for exactly that duty. It carries a rated 7,700 lb capacity on a reinforced frame and handle engineered to take punishing, repeated heavy use without flexing or cracking — the difference between a jack you replace every season and one that keeps moving freight.

The lift is driven by a corrosion-resistant galvanized, one-piece hydraulic pump with built-in overload protection, so an over-rated load is stopped instead of forced through the seals. Those seals are German-made and rated to 60,000 cycles, and the pump runs on low-temperature hydraulic fluid that holds up in cold storage, protecting the seals against the temperature swings that crack ordinary fluid. A cushioned descending mechanism lowers the load smoothly rather than dropping it, guarding both the freight and the operator from sudden release and tilt.

At the handle, a 3-position control lever and a foot-control release give precise command of the load, and the shock-proof grip stays usable in hot, sweaty, or cold conditions. Entry and exit rollers keep the forks from hanging up on the pallet, a 210° steering arc turns the unit in tight aisles, and ten pre-lubricated grease zerks at every joint and pivot keep wear down over a long service life.
