Billing Terms and Conditions

This page sets out the billing terms and conditions that apply to every purchase made through Forklift King, operated by Forklift King LLC. By completing an order with us, you accept the billing terms described below.

How Payment Works

We collect your payment at the moment you place your order. The amount charged matches the checkout total, which reflects the product price. Because we offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States and do not add sales tax or VAT, the price shown on the product page is exactly what you pay. Once your payment is approved, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order summary and a breakdown of the charge.

Whatever method you choose must be valid and fully authorized at the time of purchase. If your payment cannot be processed, we won't be able to fulfill your order.

Currency

All prices on our website are shown in United States Dollars (USD). If you order from outside the United States, your bank or card issuer may charge a separate currency-conversion fee. Those charges are outside Forklift King's control.

Pricing and Taxes

The price you see on our site is the full amount due. We do not add sales tax, VAT, or any other government fees to your order, and there are no hidden charges — the displayed price is the price you pay.

Every order shipped within the contiguous United States includes free delivery, so no shipping fees are added at checkout. For full details on how we ship, please see our Shipping Policy.

Billing Errors and Disputes

If you think you've been charged incorrectly, please contact us right away at support@forkliftking.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. We'll look into it and, if there was a mistake, issue a correction or refund promptly.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing or billing errors, even after payment has been completed. If a correction means a higher total, we'll contact you first and give you the chance to approve the difference or cancel the order. Subscriptions and Recurring Charges

Forklift King does not currently sell subscription products and does not bill on a recurring basis. Every purchase is a single, one-time payment. If we add subscription services in the future, we'll update this section and notify you before any automatic charges are applied.

Chargebacks

If you spot a charge you don't recognize, please reach out to us at support@forkliftking.com before opening a chargeback with your bank or card company. We work hard to resolve billing concerns quickly and fairly.

Filing an unauthorized chargeback may result in:

  • Suspension of your account
  • Collection of any unpaid balance
  • Refusal of future orders

We cooperate fully with chargeback investigations and will provide all relevant transaction records to your financial institution when needed.
