Cancellations & Refunds

At Forklift King, we understand that investing in material handling equipment is a serious decision. That's why we offer a transparent and straightforward cancellation and refund policy. You can cancel your order at any time before it ships for a full refund, except for custom or made-to-order products (see details below).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If your order has not shipped, we will process a full refund. Once the order is in transit, cancellations are no longer possible.

Cancellations of Custom Orders

Custom-built or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded once the manufacturing process has begun. These products are built specifically for you, making cancellations or refunds impossible. If you are unsure whether your order falls into this category, please contact us before purchasing.

Refunds and Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products. If your equipment is not the right fit, you may return it within this period for a refund, excluding custom or made-to-order items.

Important:

  • All returns must be authorized first. Contact us within the 30-day window and we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
  • Items must not have been operated, installed, or modified, and must be returned in their original packaging with all components, attachments, and documentation included.
  • Inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
  • Report any damages within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • Non-defective returns are subject to a flat 20% restocking fee.
  • We never deduct payment-processing fees from your refund.
  • Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are made right at no cost to you — no restocking fee, no return shipping charge.

If you wish to exchange a product, shipping costs for both return and new shipment will apply.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected at the fulfillment warehouse, we will email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10–15 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Shipping Times & Delays

Estimated delivery times are based on supplier and freight carrier information. However, due to supply chain disruptions, delays can occur. Forklift King has no control over third-party logistics, but we will keep you informed.

By placing an order, you acknowledge:

  • Shipping dates are estimates and may change.
  • You cannot cancel or file a chargeback due to transit delays.

Important Notes Before Purchasing

By ordering from Forklift King, you agree to the following terms:

  • I will inspect my order upon delivery, note any damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing, and report it within 48 hours.
  • I accept responsibility for return shipping costs in case of a return or exchange.
  • I acknowledge that a flat 20% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns.
  • I understand that if my order has shipped, a full refund is no longer possible.
  • I agree not to dispute charges or file chargebacks due to transit delays.

Damages & Claims

All damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. When your shipment arrives:

  • Inspect the equipment and its packaging before signing. If it is visibly damaged, you may refuse the shipment.
  • If you accept it, note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt (Proof of Delivery) before signing.
  • Take clear photos of the damaged equipment and its packaging before operating it.
  • Email support@forkliftking.com with the photos and your order number. Do not operate or install a damaged item.

If damage is reported within this period, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement parts
  • A discount to keep the item as-is
  • A full replacement if necessary

If damage is not noted on the delivery receipt or not reported within 48 hours, carrier and manufacturer claim windows close:

  • No refunds, replacements, or discounts will be issued.
  • Replacement parts may be available for purchase.

Warranty Information

Warranty policies vary by manufacturer. Please refer to the individual product pages for warranty details. Damage upon arrival does not qualify as a warranty issue and must be reported as described in Damages & Claims above.

Return Policy & Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified. Reconsignment fees may apply if an order is returned due to incorrect customer information. Most items are covered under manufacturer warranties.

BOGO Promotions

If returning an item from a Buy One, Get One Free (BOGO) promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund. If only one item is returned, you may be eligible for store credit or a replacement of the returned item only.

Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims

We are committed to resolving customer concerns directly. Before filing a chargeback, please contact us so we can assist you.

Fraudulent chargebacks will be reported and pursued legally. Filing a false claim may result in legal action for theft.
