Mighty Lift ML55SS Heavy-Duty Stainless Steel Pallet Jack

The Mighty Lift ML55SS is a manual pallet jack built entirely from 304 stainless steel for places where ordinary painted-steel jacks corrode, shed contaminants, or rust out. It moves loads up to 5,500 lb and is built to meet sanitation requirements for pharmaceutical clean rooms, chemical processing, food handling, and marine settings.

Every wear point is specified for corrosion resistance and long service. The lift chain and bearings are stainless steel, the hydraulic seals are German-made and rated for 60,000 cycles, and the pump runs on low-temperature hydraulic fluid that keeps working in cold storage while protecting the seals against temperature swings. Ten pre-lubricated grease zerks sit at every joint and pivot point, so routine maintenance is a grease gun rather than a teardown.

A cushioned descending mechanism lowers the load steadily to prevent sudden drop and tilting, and the ergonomic handle carries a shock-absorbing sleeve plus an extra 9-inch reinforcement for hot, cold, or sweaty hands and a longer service life. Control is by a 3-position hand lever — raise, lower, neutral — backed by a foot-control mechanism for quick load commands.
