Mighty Lift ML55L Premium Low Resistance Pallet Jack

The Mighty Lift ML55L is a heavy-duty manual pallet jack rated to move 5,500 lbs on a reinforced, high-tensile steel frame. Its defining feature is a set of specially developed Super Poly steering and load wheels that require less initial static pulling force than standard poly wheels — the truck breaks from a standstill with noticeably less effort, which reduces operator fatigue and the back strain that comes with starting a loaded pallet moving.

The hydraulics are built for hard, continuous duty. A corrosion-resistant galvanized one-piece pump carries built-in overload protection, and a cushioned descending mechanism lowers the load smoothly to prevent sudden drops, tilting, and product damage. German-made seals are rated for 60,000 cycles, and low-temperature hydraulic fluid keeps the pump working in cold storage while protecting the seals against temperature swings — suiting the ML55L to refrigerated and freezer environments as well as high-traffic supermarket and retail floors.

Operator controls are built for long shifts: an ergonomic handle with a shock-proof grip stays comfortable in hot, sweaty, or cold conditions, with an extra 9-inch handle reinforcement for added strength. A 3-position hand lever (raise, lower, neutral) and a foot control give quick, precise load command, while a 210° steering arc makes the truck easy to maneuver in tight aisles.
