Mighty Lift ML2772 Heavy Duty Pallet Jack

Standard 48-inch pallet jack forks leave long and oversized pallets overhanging at both ends, where unsupported loads can shift, tilt, or tip during a move. The Mighty Lift ML2772 closes that gap with 72-inch forks built to carry long specialty pallets along their full length. It is rated to lift 3,300 lbs and rides on a reinforced, high-tensile-strength frame engineered for the leverage that longer loads put on a jack.

The hydraulic pump is a corrosion-resistant galvanized unit with built-in overload protection, and a cushioned descending mechanism lowers loads under control to prevent sudden drops, tilting, and damage. Adjustable push rods keep the forks aligned to prevent fork damage and load tilting. As a manual pallet jack, it needs no battery or charger — pump the handle to raise, set the lever to lower or neutral, and move.

Day-to-day handling is built around the operator. An ergonomic handle with a shock-proof grip stays usable in hot, sweaty, or cold conditions; a 3-position hand control lever for raise, lower, and neutral sits at the operator's hand; and a foot control mechanism gives a quick second point of load command. Entry and exit rollers ease the forks into and out of the pallet to prevent hang-ups, while a 210-degree steering arc on polyurethane wheels keeps the unit maneuverable in tight aisles.
