The Mighty Lift ML2048 is a manual hydraulic pallet jack rated to move 5,500 lbs, built with a narrower 20.5-inch overall fork width for handling narrow and non-standard pallets that overhang a standard-width jack. The forks measure 20.5 inches wide by 48 inches long, lower to 2.9 inches to enter standard pallet openings, and raise to 7.6 inches.

A corrosion-resistant galvanized hydraulic pump with built-in overload protection drives the lift, paired with a reinforced high-tensile-strength frame and an extra 9-inch handle reinforcement for daily warehouse duty. The cushioned descending mechanism lowers loads smoothly to prevent sudden drop and tilting, and adjustable push rods keep the forks aligned to guard against fork damage and load tilt.

Operators get a 3-position hand control lever — raise, lower, neutral — plus a foot control for quick load commands and an ergonomic shock-proof grip that holds up in hot, sweaty, or cold conditions. Entry and exit rollers prevent hang-ups when entering pallets, and a 210-degree steering arc on 7-inch polyurethane steering wheels and 3-inch polyurethane load wheels keeps the unit maneuverable in tight aisles.
