Description

The ML1636 is built for the loads a standard pallet jack overshoots: small, custom-size, and extra-narrow pallets and skids that full-width forks won't enter cleanly. The forks measure 16" across the pair and run just 36" long, so the truck engages pallets up to 36" end to end with no overhang to fight into position. It is rated to move 4,400 lbs.

Under the short forks is a standard hand-truck drivetrain. A corrosion-resistant galvanized hydraulic pump with built-in overload protection raises the load, and a cushioned descending mechanism lowers it without the sudden drop that tilts or damages stock. A reinforced high-tensile-strength frame and an extra 9" of handle reinforcement add strength at the two places a pallet jack usually fails first — the frame and the handle root.

Entry and exit rollers at the fork tips keep the truck from hanging up on pallet boards as it enters and backs out. The unit rolls on 6.25" polyurethane steer wheels and 2.75" polyurethane load wheels, and a 210° steering arc lets the operator pivot it in tight aisles and corners where a wider turn isn't available. It joins the broader Mighty Lift range of manual pallet jacks.
