Description
-The Mighty Lift EPT33S is a walk-behind electric pallet truck rated to move 3,300 lbs at a 23.6-inch load center. It is the most compact unit in the Mighty Lift S Series, built to work where a full-size pallet jack will not fit — compact workshops, the bed of a truck or van, on a tail lift, or inside an elevator.
Drive comes from a brushless DC motor, so there are no carbon brushes to wear down or replace and the motor runs maintenance-free. A 48V/15Ah lithium battery powers the unit and swaps out in about six minutes; with a spare pack on the shelf, the truck keeps working across a 24-hour operation. A single charge covers roughly 4.5 hours of continuous use, and Mighty Lift's integrated diagnostics with an error-code display make fault-finding and parts replacement quick when service is due.
Three operating modes handle tight-space work. Rabbit/Turtle speed caps maximum travel speed to match operator experience and the work area. Up-Right Drive lets the operator run the truck with the tiller in the upright position — useful inside a truck body, on a tail lift, or in an elevator. Engineering Mode releases the brake so a disabled unit can be pushed clear by hand. A slope anti-sliding design holds the truck on an incline to prevent it backing up on its own.
Features
-- Compact S Series chassis sized for trucks, vans, tail lifts, elevators, and tight workshops.
- Brushless DC drive motor — runs powered and maintenance-free, with no carbon brushes to replace.
- Quick-swap lithium battery — replaced in about 6 minutes; a spare pack keeps the unit running for a 24-hour operation.
- Integrated diagnostics with an error-code display for fast fault-finding and easy parts replacement.
- Rabbit/Turtle selectable travel speed to match operator experience and work environment.
- Up-Right Drive for running the truck in confined spaces such as truck bodies, tail lifts, and elevators.
- Engineering Mode (brake release) to move a disabled unit clear by hand.
- Slope anti-sliding design to prevent roll-back when parked on a grade.
- Integral forks with no splicing — 4 mm fork plate, 5 mm V-block, and 6 mm top cap for a solid build.
Compatibility
-The forks are designed to handle European pallets, American pallets, and plastic pallets.
Overall width across the forks is 27 inches, with a 56.1-inch turning radius and a 66.4-inch aisle requirement for 31 × 47 in pallets stored lengthways — sized to maneuver in compact workshops, truck and van beds, tail lifts, and elevators.

FAQ
-What battery does the EPT33S use?
A 48V/15Ah lithium battery built to meet IEC and UL global standard certification requirements.
How long does the battery run?
About 4.5 hours of continuous use on a charge. When the unit is not in continuous use, the battery can last several days between charges. The pack also swaps in about six minutes, so a spare keeps the truck running for a 24-hour operation.
How should I charge and care for the battery?
Use opportunity charging — top the battery up during breaks rather than running it fully flat. Recharging a lithium battery before it is completely depleted preserves its service life.
How does it handle grades and ramps?
The 750W brushless motor moves 1,763 lbs on a 10% grade and 3,000 lbs on a 6% grade, with 20% gradeability unladen.
How fast does it travel?
2.5 mph laden and 3.1 mph unladen in rabbit speed. Engaging turtle speed lowers the maximum travel speed for tighter or busier areas.
Is it easy to maintain?
Integrated diagnostics and an error-code display flag faults directly, and the unit is designed for simple disassembly and assembly to reduce downtime and operating cost.
