The GNT GP40JLI Full-Powered Lithium Pallet Jack combines the low-profile reach of a walk-behind pallet jack with powered lift and powered drive, so the operator guides loads instead of muscling them. Rated to move 4,000 lbs, it is built for long hauls across a facility, loading and unloading trucks at the dock, and steady work through stock rooms, manufacturing floors, and general warehousing.

Both the lift and the travel are powered — there is no hand-pumping to raise a load and no pushing a loaded jack by hand. The 27" x 45" forks raise to 7.68" and lower to 3.35" for pallet entry and set-down. Polyurethane wheels suit smooth indoor concrete and stand up to the impacts and directional changes of repetitive dock and aisle work. The frame is steel throughout and joined with robotic welding for consistent joints across the load-bearing structure.

Power comes from an included lithium battery, offered in a 24V/40Ah or 48V/20Ah configuration, with a charger included so there is no separate battery or charger to source before the first shift. An ergonomic handle keeps the drive, lift, and lowering controls under the operator's thumbs for one-hand operation.
