GNT GLP40 Liquid Propane Forklift

The GNT GLP40 is a four-wheel liquid propane forklift rated to lift 4,000 lbs at a 24-inch load center, built for warehousing, distribution, and general material handling. Power comes from a Tier 4 EPA-compliant 2.4L engine — available with a PSI or Kubota powerplant — producing 63 HP at 2,700 rpm for steady performance with lower emissions.

As a propane-fueled unit, the GLP40 produces lower exhaust emissions than diesel and handles mixed indoor-and-outdoor duty cycles, a key reason liquid propane forklifts remain a staple for high-throughput warehouse and yard operations. Solid pneumatic tires — 7.00-12-12PR front, 6.00-9-10PR rear — carry the load on smooth concrete and light outdoor surfaces without the puncture risk of air-filled tires.

The mast lifts to 185 inches with 43.7 inches of free lift, and folds down to an 83-inch lowered height for moving under doorways and low racking. At 45.2 inches wide on a 62.9-inch wheelbase, the truck is sized to work tight aisles, and a hydraulic floor-pedal service brake gives the operator direct stopping control.

Inside, an enlarged cabin with a semi-suspension seat, small steering wheel, suspension cab mounts, and damping devices cut shock and vibration over a shift. A Cascade® side shift comes fitted for precise pallet positioning, and a pre-plumbed Shimadzu® 4-way valve leaves the truck ready for hydraulic attachments. The GLP40 ships by LTL freight; Forklift King coordinates scheduling and delivery.
