Description
-The GFC50 is a walk-behind floor scrubber built for the floors that take a beating all day — warehouse aisles, retail sales floors, logistics docks, schools, and hospital corridors. It scrubs and dries in a single pass, laying down solution, agitating with a powered brush, and vacuuming the dirty water back up through the rear squeegee so the floor is walkable behind the operator. The cleaning head covers a 510 mm (20 in) path and the machine clears up to 2,800 m² per hour, which keeps a single operator ahead of the mess in medium to large facilities.
Tank capacity is where a scrubber either earns its shift or sends the operator back to the sink. The GFC50 carries a 50 L clean-water tank and a 60 L recovery tank, so it runs long cleaning cycles between refills and dumps — the recovery tank is sized larger than the solution tank on purpose, so it never fills before the clean water runs out. Wide tank openings make filling, draining, and rinsing fast at the end of a shift. Built by GNT, the GFC50 is engineered for daily commercial duty rather than occasional touch-ups.
The standard machine is operator-pushed. An optional 250 W drive motor adds automatic traction, converting the GFC50 to self-propelled for operators covering long runs or working full shifts — a worthwhile upgrade when fatigue over a large floor is the real constraint.
Features
-- 510 mm cleaning path. A wide brush deck covers more floor per pass, so large areas close out in fewer laps.
- 550 W brush motor. Powered scrubbing agitates ground-in dirt across concrete, epoxy, tile, and sealed floors rather than just pushing water around.
- 50 L solution / 60 L recovery tanks. Oversized tanks support extended cleaning cycles with fewer interruptions in high-traffic areas.
- 500 W suction motor with 830 mm squeegee. The rear squeegee and vacuum recover dirty water in the same pass, leaving floors dry and walkable behind the machine.
- Reinforced brush deck and squeegee assembly. The wear components are built for continuous commercial use, not intermittent cleaning.
- Controlled solution flow. A regulated flow system keeps water and detergent delivery even for uniform results across the full path.
- Low-noise operation. Sound levels are held down for use in retail floors, schools, hospitals, and other noise-sensitive spaces during open hours.
- Operator-friendly controls. A simple switch interface keeps training short and turns any team member into a competent operator quickly.
Compatibility
-The GFC50 is rated for hard commercial and industrial floors: concrete, epoxy, tile, and sealed surfaces. That covers most warehouse, distribution, retail, education, and healthcare environments where daily floor maintenance is part of the routine. The powered brush and squeegee are matched to flat indoor floors of this type — confirm surface and soiling conditions for specialized flooring before ordering.

FAQ
-What floor surfaces can the GFC50 clean?
It is rated for concrete, epoxy, tile, and sealed floors — the hard surfaces found in warehouses, retail stores, logistics centers, schools, and hospitals.
How long does it run on a charge?
Working time is 3.5 to 4.5 hours, which covers most single cleaning shifts before the batteries need recharging.
How much floor can one operator cover?
Cleaning efficiency is rated at up to 2,800 m² per hour across a 510 mm path, with a 50 L solution tank and 60 L recovery tank supporting long cycles between refills.
Is the GFC50 self-propelled?
The standard machine is operator-pushed. An optional 250 W drive motor adds automatic traction to convert it to self-propelled operation.
