Description
-The GNT GF60Li is a four-wheel lithium-ion electric forklift rated for 6,000 lb loads, built for the daily cycle of loading and unloading trucks, working loading docks, and moving stock across stock rooms, manufacturing floors, and warehouse aisles. It pairs a sealed 80V lithium battery system with AC drive technology, so the same machine handles indoor pallet work and outdoor yard duty without the fumes or refueling stops of an internal-combustion truck.
Power comes from an 80V/150Ah lithium battery. Lithium chemistry charges quickly, supports opportunity charging between shifts, and needs no watering or equalizing to maintain. An InMotion® controller manages the AC drive for steady torque off the line, smooth acceleration, and reduced maintenance.
The truck is built to work the moment it lands. A Cascade® side shift lets the operator align forks to the load without repositioning the whole truck, and a Shimadzu® 4-way hydraulic valve is pre-plumbed for auxiliary functions. The frame and mast are steel with robotic welding for repeatable joints under heavy, repetitive duty, and solid pneumatic tires carry the load across smooth concrete and rougher mixed surfaces alike.

FAQ
-How much can the GNT GF60Li lift?
It is rated for 6,000 lb loads and raises forks to a maximum height of 185 inches (15.4 feet), with 43.7 inches of free lift.
What powers the forklift, and how is it charged?
An 80V/150Ah lithium battery drives the truck. Charging is via a 3-phase 480V charger, with 220V and 110V options available. Lithium chemistry supports fast charging and needs no watering or equalizing.
Can it work outdoors?
Yes. The four-wheel chassis and solid pneumatic tires are built for stability on mixed surfaces, and GNT rates the truck for outdoor operation and diverse terrain in addition to indoor dock and warehouse work.
Does it come with a side shift?
Yes. A Cascade® side shift is fitted so the operator can align forks to the load laterally, and a Shimadzu® 4-way hydraulic valve is pre-plumbed for auxiliary attachments.
What maintenance does the lithium battery need?
GNT specifies the lithium battery system as zero-maintenance — no watering or equalizing — which is one of the main uptime advantages over flooded lead-acid batteries.
What warranty is included?
The GF60Li carries a 3-year limited warranty.
