Description
-The GNT G66P-Li is a stand-on rider pallet jack built to move palletized freight across loading docks, truck beds, stock rooms, and manufacturing floors without wearing the operator down. It is rated to move 6,600 lb, drives and lifts under its own power, and carries the operator on a rear stand-on platform so long shifts of load-in, load-out, and horizontal transport happen at riding speed instead of walking pace.
Power comes from a 24V/150Ah lithium battery paired with a fast AC drive motor. The lithium pack charges quickly, holds runtime across a working shift, and skips the watering and equalizing that a lead-acid battery demands. The AC vertical drive system delivers strong low-end torque and smooth acceleration with fewer wearing parts than a brushed DC setup, which keeps maintenance intervals long. A Curtis controller and a ZF AC drive motor run the power electronics and traction.
The frame is steel throughout, joined by robotic welding for repeatable weld quality, and rides on polyurethane load wheels with steel entry rollers at the fork tips for smooth entry into and out of pallets. The 27" x 48" forks lower to 3.26" to slide under standard pallets and raise to 9.17" for transport clearance.

FAQ
-How much can the G66P-Li lift?
It is rated to move 6,600 lb of palletized load.
Is this a walk-behind or a ride-on unit?
It is a stand-on rider. The operator rides on a rear platform rather than walking behind the truck, which reduces fatigue over a long shift.
What battery does it use, and is the charger included?
It runs on an onboard 24V/150Ah lithium battery, and a matched charger is included. The lithium pack charges fast and needs no watering or equalizing.
Will the forks fit standard pallets?
The forks measure 27" x 48" and lower to 3.26" to slide under standard pallets, then raise to 9.17" for transport clearance.
How much maintenance does it need?
The AC drive system and lithium battery both cut maintenance: the AC motor has fewer wearing parts than a brushed DC motor, and the lithium battery needs no watering or equalizing.
How does it ship?
This rider pallet jack ships via LTL freight. Reach out for delivery scheduling and freight details.
