GNT G44CS-216Li Lithium Side-Shift Electric Straddle Stacker

The GNT G44CS-216Li is a lithium-powered electric straddle stacker that lifts 4,400 lb to a raised fork height of 216 inches (18 feet) — forklift-class reach in a compact, walk-behind footprint. It is built to load and unload trucks and trailers, work loading docks, and move palletized loads through stock rooms, manufacturing floors, and general warehousing.

The triple-stage full-free-lift mast reaches the full 18-foot height while the first lift stage raises the forks without extending the mast — so the truck can pick and stack in low-clearance doorways and inside trailers before it needs overhead room. Straddle legs and adjustable forks let the operator match the truck to the load in front of it: the straddle legs adjust from 39.8 to 55.5 inches and the forks from 8.7 to 32.1 inches. Standard sideshift moves the forks left or right for precise pallet placement without repositioning the whole machine.

Power comes from a 24V AC vertical drive system paired with a 24V/150Ah lithium battery and a Curtis controller. The AC drive delivers smooth acceleration and torque with fewer wearing parts than a brushed system, and the lithium pack charges fast, takes opportunity charging between tasks, and needs no watering or equalizing. GNT Lifts builds the unit with robotic-welded steel, polyurethane wheels, and an ergonomic smart control handle.
