Description

The GNT G44CS-177Li is a lithium-powered electric straddle stacker that lifts 4,400 lb to a raised fork height of 177 inches (14.75 ft) — combining the reach of a forklift, the height of a reach truck, and the walk-behind footprint of a walkie stacker in one machine. It is built for loading and unloading trucks, working loading docks, and moving pallets across stock rooms, manufacturing floors, and general warehousing.

A triple-stage full free mast delivers the full 177-inch lift while keeping the collapsed mast low enough to work under doorways, mezzanines, and other low-clearance areas. Full free lift means the first stage raises the forks without raising the mast, so loads can clear low racking before the mast extends. Polyurethane wheels and a robotically welded steel chassis give the straddle base its stability under load.

Power comes from a 24V / 150Ah lithium battery with a 24V / 50A charger included, so the stacker charges quickly, runs through long shifts, and needs no battery maintenance. An integrated side shift lets the operator move the forks left or right to line up with a rack opening or pallet position without repositioning the whole truck.
