Description

The GNT G40PCLI is a full-powered lithium pallet jack rated to move 4,000 lb with powered lift and powered drive. The operator walks behind it and the truck does both jobs — lifting the load and hauling it. That is the difference between this unit and a manual pallet jack: long hauls across a warehouse floor, loading and unloading trucks at the dock, and repeated runs through stock rooms and manufacturing aisles happen without pumping a handle or muscling a loaded pallet by hand.

Power comes from a removable 48V lithium battery that swaps out in seconds, so a second charged pack can keep the truck running through back-to-back shifts instead of waiting on a charge. The lithium pack charges fast and needs no watering or equalizing — there is no lead-acid maintenance routine to schedule. A matching charger is included.

The frame is steel with robotic welding for consistent, repeatable weld quality, and the wheels are polyurethane for quiet, non-marking travel on smooth concrete. Forks measure 27" wide by 45" long, lowering to 3.35" to enter a pallet and raising to 7.68" to clear the floor for transport. Controls sit on an ergonomic tiller handle.
