GNT G40BC-145Li Full Powered Lithium Straddle Stacker

The GNT G40BC-145Li is a full-powered lithium straddle stacker built to move and stack palletized loads up to 4,000 lb without the cost, fuel, or floor space of a sit-down forklift. Both travel and lift are powered, so the operator walks the load into position from the tiller rather than muscling it — and the mast raises to a 145-inch stacking height, putting upper rack and high-shelf positions within reach.

It blends the lift height of a forklift with the compact, walk-behind footprint of a stacker, in a straddle design that stays stable through its adjustable base legs instead of a counterweight. That makes it suited to the work that fills a shift: loading and unloading trucks, working loading docks, feeding stock rooms, and moving material across manufacturing floors and general warehousing.

Because the forks and the straddle legs both adjust, one machine handles a range of pallet and load sizes instead of forcing a separate unit for each. Power comes from a maintenance-free 24V/90Ah lithium battery that charges fast between tasks and holds steady output as it discharges.

Powered travel and powered lift

A 24V DC drive motor moves the stacker and a 24V lift motor raises the mast, so the operator never pushes a loaded machine by hand. Travel and lift are controlled from the tiller, keeping the work pedestrian-paced and repeatable across a full shift.

Maintenance-free lithium power

The 24V/90Ah lithium battery supports fast opportunity charging between tasks and delivers a long runtime with consistent output through the discharge cycle. There is no battery watering, no acid, and no scheduled battery maintenance.

Smart control handle

The ergonomic tiller head places drive, lift, and horn controls under the operator's thumbs with twin grips for two-handed steering. A Curtis controller manages response for smooth, predictable starts, stops, and lifts.

Built to take the work

The frame is steel and robotic-welded for repeatable, consistent joints. The fork carriage rides the mast on lift chains, the forks adjust across an 8.66–32 in. spread, and the straddle legs adjust from 39.76 to 55.55 in. to match the load. Polyurethane wheels carry it across smooth indoor floors.
