The GNT G40BC-138Li brings the versatility of a forklift, a reach truck, and a walkie stacker into one lithium-powered machine. It is built to load and unload trucks, work loading docks, and move palletized stock across stock rooms, manufacturing floors, and warehouse racking. Rated at 4,000 lb, it raises loads to a 138-inch maximum fork height — high enough to place pallets into upper rack positions that a shorter walkie stacker can't reach.

The straddle base does the structural work. Two adjustable outrigger legs spread from 39.76 to 55.55 inches to bracket the load, putting the lifted weight inside the wheelbase rather than cantilevered out front. That geometry holds the truck stable under load while keeping the footprint narrow, so it fits tighter aisles than a counterbalanced forklift without the counterweight bulk.

Power comes from a 24-volt, 90Ah lithium battery with the charger included in the box. Lithium holds voltage as it discharges, accepts opportunity charging without a dedicated battery room, and eliminates the watering and equalizing a lead-acid pack needs — which is what keeps the maintenance off the daily checklist. A Curtis controller meters the 24V DC drive motor and 24V lift motor for smooth, repeatable travel and lifting.

The frame is steel with robotic welding at the structural joints, and the truck rolls on polyurethane wheels suited to smooth, finished warehouse floors.
