The GNT G28BCD-138Li is a lithium-powered fork over stacker built to lift and stack palletized loads in warehouses, stock rooms, loading docks, and manufacturing floors. It carries 2,800 lb to a raised height of 138 inches — roughly 11.5 feet — on a single mast, putting upper rack levels within reach of a compact walk-behind machine.

The design pulls from three machines at once: the lift height of a reach truck, the stacking function of a walkie stacker, and the load handling of a forklift. Fixed legs and 45.28-inch forks carry the pallet, while an ultra-small turning radius lets the operator work narrow aisles and tight staging areas without a sit-down truck's footprint.

Power comes from a 24V lithium battery pack — two 12V / 85Ah batteries — driving a 24V lift motor. Lithium chemistry means long runtime between charges, fast charging during breaks, and no watering or acid upkeep over the life of the pack. Polyurethane wheels run quiet on smooth concrete and resist marking indoor floors.

The frame is steel throughout and joined with robotic welding for repeatable, consistent joints. An ergonomic tiller handle keeps drive, lift, and lower controls under the operator's thumb for smooth, precise handling through directional changes and repeated lift cycles.
