GNT G28BC-145Li Lithium Straddle Stacker

The GNT G28BC-145Li is a lithium-powered electric straddle stacker that lifts 2,800 lb to a raised height of 145 inches — just over 12 feet. Its straddle legs pass on either side of the load, so the stacker handles pallets, skids, and stillages without a counterweight extending its footprint. That keeps the truck compact enough to work the tight aisles of stockrooms, manufacturing floors, and warehousing while still reaching the upper beam levels of standard pallet racking.

GNT builds the G28BC-145Li to do the work of three machines in one walk-behind unit. It loads and unloads trucks and docks like a forklift, reaches into racking like a reach truck, and moves palletized loads down an aisle like a walkie stacker. A DC drive motor and an ultra-small turning radius let the operator change direction in confined space, and the steel mast and chassis are built to take the impacts and directional changes of daily handling.

Power comes from an onboard 24V/50Ah lithium battery. Lithium holds voltage through the discharge curve, charges in shorter windows than lead-acid, and needs no watering or equalizing — so the truck opportunity-charges between tasks and stays in service without a battery-maintenance routine. Polyurethane wheels run quiet on smooth concrete and resist marking, and the ergonomic handle places lift, lower, and travel controls under the operator's thumb for smooth, precise moves.
