EKKO ES40E Aerial Work Platform Lift Height 13' (157'')

The EKKO ES40E is a compact, self-propelled electric scissor lift that raises a 500 lb platform to a working height of 13 ft (157 in), with a maximum working height of roughly 19.7 ft (236 in) once an operator is standing on it. It runs on a 24-volt battery system, drives itself at up to 4 km/h (about 2.5 mph) when lowered, and moves through doorways and down aisles on a chassis just 57 in long and 30 in wide.

This aerial work platform is built for indoor overhead work — stockroom picking, light maintenance, signage and lighting, retail fit-out, and the everyday reaching tasks where a person needs to get to a ceiling or upper rack safely without a ladder. Its inside turning radius is zero, so the ES40E turns within its own footprint and repositions in tight rooms where a larger lift would have to be backed out and re-aimed.

The ES40E is rated for indoor use. Its data plate lists a maximum allowable outdoor wind speed and outdoor lateral-force rating of zero, and an indoor platform rating of up to two occupants, so it is meant for firm, level floors out of the wind rather than open outdoor sites. Stating that plainly up front beats discovering it after delivery.

Drive and lift run through proportional control with a Curtis controller, which meters speed smoothly instead of switching everything on and off, paired with dual front-wheel drive and braking. A roll-out platform extension adds 23.6 in of reach with its own 220 lb rating, and the steel-construction platform folds its guardrails down to a 63 in stowed height for moving through standard doorways and into elevators.
