Description

The EKKO ER15-177Li is a lithium-powered walkie reach truck — a walk-behind design that pairs the reach of a sit-down reach truck with the compact footprint of a pedestrian stacker. It carries 3,300 lb at a 24-inch load center and lifts to 177 inches (14.75 ft), with a 19.7-inch reach stroke that places and retrieves pallets a full pallet-depth into racking.

EKKO positions the ER15-177Li for loading and unloading trucks, loading docks, stock rooms, manufacturing floors, and general warehousing. Walking behind the truck instead of riding it keeps the chassis short: an 86.6-inch overall length and a 63.4-inch turning radius let it work aisles a rider truck can't, while side shift squares loads to the rack without repositioning the whole truck.

Operation is through an ergonomic tiller head with twin butterfly controls, a horn button, and grip loops sized for either hand. Electronic power steering (EPS) with AC speed control keeps maneuvering light across a full shift.

The 24V drivetrain runs a 1.5 kW AC drive motor and a 4.5 kW lift motor under a Curtis instrument controller. A 24V/200Ah lithium battery and a matched 24V/50A charger are included, so the truck arrives ready to put into service. Lithium supports opportunity charging between tasks with no battery swaps, watering, or off-gassing, keeping the truck on the floor instead of in a charging room. Polyurethane wheels suit smooth indoor concrete.

The chassis is steel with robotic-welded construction.
