Description

The EKKO EOPL150-165LI is a lithium-powered, stand-on order picker built for one job: pulling orders from racking at height. The operator rides up to 165 inches (13.75 ft) to pick cases and parts, on a platform rated to carry 1,500 lb. A 24V/200Ah lithium battery powers it, so there's no battery swapping, watering, or off-gassing between shifts.

Adjustable forks with an auxiliary fork let the operator stage and retrieve loads without leaving the platform. Fork outside width is 26 inches, and each fork measures 1.2 by 4 by 35 inches.

Electronic power steering (EPS) and a Curtis controller keep maneuvering precise, and AC drive control delivers four selectable travel speeds up to 3.10 mph for fine positioning in front of the rack. An electromagnetic brake holds the picker in place, and polyurethane tires suit smooth indoor concrete.

In a 1,000 × 1,200 mm pallet layout it works a 117-inch aisle (121 inches with an 800 × 1,200 mm pallet), turning within a 57-inch radius. Overall length is 98 inches, and the overhead guard stands 76 inches tall.
