Description
-The EKKO EOP70 is a stand-on mid-level electric order picker rated for 2,200 lb at a 19.68-inch load center, with a 196-inch fork lift (16 ft 4 in) and a separately-elevating cabin that brings the operator’s pick height to 258 inches (21 ft 6 in). It’s built for selective pallet rack picking, storage bay retrieval, manufacturing floors, and warehouse case-pick work where the operator needs to ride up to the load instead of throwing items down.
The EOP70 runs a 3 kW German-sourced AC drive motor and a 6 kW lift motor through a Curtis Instrument controller, with Electronic Power Steering (EPS), an electromagnetic brake, and AC drive control. The triple mast carries auxiliary lift forks for an additional 30.71" of fork travel above the main mast height. The chassis is robotic-welded steel; drive and bearing wheels are polyurethane; the operator station has ergonomic, grouped controls. The battery is 24V / 350Ah with a 24V / 50A charger — both included. EKKO Lifts backs the truck with a 3-year limited warranty.

FAQ
-What’s the difference between fork lift height and picking height?
The EOP70 has two elevating components: the fork lift raises the load on the mast (196 inches main + 30.71 inches auxiliary = 227 inches total fork lift), and the cabin elevation raises the operator platform separately (206.87 inches). The combined "picking height" of 258.01 inches is the maximum reach the operator can grab an item from. Use the fork lift number when planning what rack levels the truck can deposit a pallet on, and use the picking height when planning how high an operator can hand-pick items from the shelf.
Will the EOP70 fit my warehouse aisle?
The truck needs about 122.24 inches of aisle width for a 39.37×47.24-inch pallet crossways, or 126.77 inches for a 31.5×47.24-inch pallet lengthways. The minimum turning radius is 61.81 inches; overall length is 111.41 inches; body width is 39.37 inches. Measure your narrowest active aisle against the larger of the two aisle-width figures.
Will it clear my doorways and ceiling?
Lowered mast height is 93.11 inches (7 ft 9 in) for transit through doorways; overhead guard (cabin) is 89.48 inches. Maximum extended mast height is 285 inches (23 ft 9 in) — confirm the ceiling above any rack the operator needs to reach.
Is the charger included?
Yes. The 24V / 50A charger ships with the truck along with the 24V / 350Ah battery. Confirm the charger’s input voltage requirement with us before installing so you can verify a matching outlet at the charging location.
How does the EOP70 ship and arrive?
Mid-level order pickers of this class ship via LTL freight in a crate. Confirm freight specifics (dock-to-dock, liftgate, residential, lead time) with us before placing the order so the carrier matches your receiving setup.
