Will the EOP22-165LI fit my aisle and reach my racking?

The chassis width is 32–37 inches with a 57-inch turning radius and 98-inch overall length. Maximum platform height is 165 inches (13 ft 9 in). Measure your narrowest active aisle against the turning radius plus pallet depth, and confirm the topmost rack beam you need to pick from sits at or below 165 inches.

Why does the travel speed change with the platform height?

Order pickers automatically reduce travel speed as the platform rises — that’s what the four-gear speed table reflects (3.10 mph at floor level, dropping to 0.37 mph at full elevation). Slower travel at height keeps the elevated operator stable and prevents tip-overs during direction changes.

What kind of items is the 220 lb capacity sized for?

A 220 lb load capacity is sized for individual case picking and small-carton order picking — not pallet handling. The operator rides the platform up to a rack location, picks items off the shelf onto the tray, then descends and transfers them to a staging area or another truck.
