The EKKO EOP150-165LI is a lithium-powered order picker rated to 1,500 lb that lifts the operator and forks to a 165-inch (13.75 ft) height for picking stock directly from racking. It is built for one job — moving an operator efficiently through racking, storage facilities, manufacturing floors, and warehouses to pull orders by hand.

The operator works standing, with an ergonomic handle and electronic power steering (EPS) that ease maneuvering through aisles. Four travel-speed settings — from 3.10 mph down to 0.37 mph — let the operator move quickly across open floor and creep precisely while positioned at height. At a 20-inch load center the picker carries 1,500 lb, and it works a 114-inch aisle with a 1000 × 1200 pallet (118 inches with an 800 × 1200 pallet).

Drive and lift are fully electric on a 24V / 200Ah lithium battery. A 1.5 kW AC drive motor moves the truck and a 3 kW lift motor raises the platform, both managed by a Curtis® controller. An electromagnetic brake holds the truck, and it rides on polyurethane drive and load wheels suited to smooth indoor floors. The lithium battery uses a hoist-lift replacement method.

Built by EKKO Lifts, a US-based manufacturer of Class I–V material handling equipment, the EOP150-165LI is built from steel with robotic welding for dependable performance in industrial environments.
