The EKKO EK30TLP is a 6,000 lb capacity LPG counterbalanced forklift built for warehousing, distribution, and mixed indoor-and-outdoor material handling. It runs on a Kubota or PSI 2.4L engine that meets Tier 4 EPA standards and the CARB 4 regulation, rated 63 HP at 2,700 rpm. Maximum lift height is 185 inches with 37.9 inches of free lift, and the truck rolls on solid pneumatic tires sized for a long working life on a mix of warehouse concrete and yard surfaces.

EKKO sized the operator station for full-shift comfort. A semi-suspension seat, small-diameter steering wheel, electro-hydraulic direction control, and an automotive-style dual combined switch are standard. A cushion-mounted, full-suspension cab absorbs vibration through the chassis, and a lowering damping device inside the lift system softens mast oscillation when forks return to the ground — both reduce operator fatigue and quiet the noise of goods settling on the floor.

Two attachment-grade features are pre-installed: a Cascade® side shift carriage and a Shimadzu® 4-way valve, pre-plumbed for auxiliary hydraulic attachments. The side shift handles lateral pallet placement without re-steering the truck, and the 4-way valve leaves the EK30TLP ready for attachment swaps later without re-piping the hydraulic system.

The chassis is sized to navigate the kind of mixed-use warehouse aisle that still has to accommodate a propane counterbalanced truck. Wheelbase is 66.9 inches, overall length with forks is 151 inches (106 inches without forks), and overall width is 48.2 inches. Maximum travel speed is 11 mph loaded and 12.1 mph unloaded. The enlarged, raised overhead guard uses a large arc-shape front leg to open the operator's line of sight through the mast.
