Description
-The EKKO EK30SLP is a four-wheel 6,000 lb capacity LPG forklift built with pattern cushion tires for indoor warehouse, distribution, and manufacturing work. Cushion-tire trucks ride on solid molded rubber instead of pneumatic tires, which gives a tighter footprint, lower minimum aisle, and a level of stability tuned for smooth concrete — the right configuration for buyers whose loads stay inside the building.
Power comes from a PSI engine built on the Mitsubishi 4G64 block, rated at 64 HP at 2,700 rpm on propane. The engine meets Tier 4 EPA and CARB 4 regulations, which matters in California and any state aligned to CARB rules — many indoor warehouse operators carry CARB compliance as a procurement requirement.
The truck is rated at a 24-inch load center with a 189-inch maximum lift height and 39-inch free lift, placing it in the operational envelope of standard pallet rack. Service weight is 10,785 lb; overall length without forks measures 97.8 inches and overall width is 44 inches — usable in narrower aisles than a comparable pneumatic-tire 6,000 lb truck. Maximum travel speed is 10.8 mph loaded or unloaded.
EKKO has engineered the operator station for full-shift work. The overhead guard is enlarged and heightened, with large arc-shaped front legs that widen the field of view from the seat. The seat is semi-suspension; the steering wheel is small-diameter; direction changes are electro-hydraulic; and an automobile-style double combined switch consolidates lights and turn signals into the layout truck operators are already familiar with. Cushion connections and a whole-suspension cab dampen the vibration that a forklift transmits through long shifts.
The lifting system carries a lowering damping device internal to the mast, which reduces shock and vibration during fork descent — the audible bang when loads land hard, and the wear that bang transmits into the carriage and chains. The hydraulic system is tuned for fuel efficiency: matched flow at part-load reduces parasitic loss when the operator is positioning rather than lifting. A small turning radius makes lane-to-lane and dock-to-rack moves quick without three-point maneuvering.
EKKO Lifts manufactures the EK30SLP at its facility in Pomona, California, and backs it with the EKKO Advantage Warranty: three-year frame, fork, and mast coverage (or 6,000 hours, whichever comes first) and two-year engine coverage (or 4,000 hours). Forklift King is an authorized EKKO Lifts dealer and handles US delivery, freight scheduling, and post-sale support.

FAQ
-Can the EK30SLP be used outdoors?
No — cushion-tire forklifts are designed for indoor use on smooth concrete. Cushion tires have no air and no aggressive tread, so they lose traction on gravel, asphalt seams, or wet outdoor surfaces and are not safe for outdoor yard work. If you need outdoor capability, choose a pneumatic-tire forklift instead.
Is the EK30SLP CARB compliant?
Yes. The PSI engine on the Mitsubishi 4G64 block meets CARB 4 regulations as well as Tier 4 EPA. Many California operators and CARB-aligned states require CARB compliance for indoor LPG forklift purchases — the EK30SLP qualifies.
What engine does the EK30SLP use?
A PSI propane engine built on the Mitsubishi 4G64 block, rated at 64 HP at 2,700 rpm. The 4G64 is a widely-used 2.4L industrial engine block with broad parts availability in the US.
What’s the difference between cushion tires and pneumatic tires?
Cushion tires are solid molded rubber with no air, sized smaller than pneumatic tires. They give a narrower truck width, a tighter turning circle, and stable handling on smooth concrete — the right configuration for indoor warehouse work. Pneumatic tires hold air, have aggressive tread, and handle paved outdoor surfaces, but the wider stance limits how tight an aisle the truck can work. The EK30SLP’s 44-inch overall width and 58-inch wheelbase reflect the cushion-tire configuration.
How is it delivered?
