What electrical service does the charger need?

The standard charger is configured for 3-Phase 480V service. EKKO also offers 220V and 110V charger options for facilities without 3-phase 480V available. Confirm your facility’s electrical service with us before ordering so the correct charger ships with the truck.

Why lithium-ion over a lead-acid battery?

Lithium-ion batteries deliver consistent power output across the full discharge cycle (no end-of-shift slowdown), accept opportunity charging during breaks without harming cycle life, and require no watering or terminal-cleaning maintenance. Cycle life is materially longer than lead-acid for comparable energy storage, which is why lithium is meaningful enough to EKKO that the truck carries the -Li suffix on the model number.

What ships with the truck?

The truck includes the 80 V / 205 Ah lithium battery, the 3-Phase 480V charger (configured for your facility), the Cascade® Side Shift, and the pre-plumbed Shimadzu® 4-Way Valve — no separate power package or attachment package to source before the truck can start working.

What aisle width should I plan around?

The 4-wheel counterbalance design has an 86.2 in outside turning radius and a 45.2 in overall width.
