Description

The EKKO EK18RFL is a stand-up rider forklift rated to lift 4,000 lb at a 24-inch load center, with a three-stage mast that raises loads to a 189-inch (15.75 ft) maximum height. It is built for everyday material handling — loading and unloading trucks at the dock, and moving stock across stock rooms, manufacturing floors, and warehouse racking.

The stand-up rider platform lets the operator step on and off quickly between picks. At 42.5 inches wide with a 58.5-inch turning radius, the truck is sized for a 10.5-foot minimum operating aisle. A 52.17-inch free lift raises the forks within the mast before the mast itself extends, which helps when working under low door headers or inside trailers. Side-shifting forks with forward and back tilt let the operator line up a load without repositioning the whole truck.

Drive and lift are fully electric on a 48V / 420Ah battery. A German AC drive motor (6 kW) moves the truck and a 7.7 kW lift motor runs the mast, both managed by a Curtis instrument controller. Hydraulic power steering eases turns in tight aisles. The truck runs on solid cushion load tires with a polyurethane drive tire, and holds a noise level of 70 dB(A) or less at the operator's ear.

Built by EKKO Lifts, a US-based manufacturer of Class I–V material handling equipment, the EK18RFL ships with its battery and charger included and is backed by a 3-year limited warranty. The included charger runs on a 480V supply.
