The EKKO EK18RF-Li is a stand-up rider electric forklift rated for 4,000 lb at a 24" load center, with a mast that lifts to 216 inches (18 feet) and a 48V / 350Ah lithium-ion battery on board. It’s built for loading and unloading trucks at the dock, putaway and retrieval in stock rooms, and material handling on manufacturing floors and warehouse aisles.

The EK18RF-Li runs a 6 kW German-sourced AC drive motor and a 7.7 kW lifting motor through a Curtis Instrument controller, with hydraulic steering and a hydraulic service brake. The chassis is robotic-welded steel; load wheels are solid cushion and the drive wheel is polyurethane. The operator station is a stand-up platform with ergonomic, grouped controls and a low 9.06" step-up height. Side shift, adjustable forks, and 3°/5° forward/backward mast tilt are standard. EKKO Lifts backs the truck with a 3-year limited warranty.

Will the EK18RF-Li fit my warehouse aisle?

The truck’s minimum aisle width requirement is 10.5 feet (126 inches), with a minimum turning radius of 58.5 inches. Measure your narrowest active aisle and compare against the 126-inch figure before ordering.

Will it clear my doorways and ceiling?

Lowered mast height is 91.77 inches (7 ft 8 in) for transit through doorways. Overhead guard height is 90.08 inches. Maximum lift is 216 inches (18 ft), so confirm the ceiling above any racking the forks need to reach.

What power supply does the charger need?

The included charger runs on 440V three-phase input. Most US industrial buildings have 480V three-phase available; some chargers in this class accept the 440–480V range, but confirm the exact input requirement with us before ordering so you can verify a matching outlet at your installation site.

What are the lithium battery advantages over lead-acid?

The 48V / 350Ah lithium-ion pack supports opportunity charging (top up during breaks rather than full discharge-recharge cycles), eliminates watering and equalization maintenance, removes off-gassing concerns indoors, and weighs less than an equivalent lead-acid pack — which improves runtime per kWh and simplifies battery swap planning. Runtime per charge depends on duty cycle (lifts per hour, average lift height, load weight, travel distance); send us your shift profile and we’ll relay an estimate from EKKO.

How does the EK18RF-Li ship and arrive?
