The EKKO EK10S-118Li is a counterbalanced walkie stacker that lifts 2,200 lb to a height of 118 inches at a 24-inch load center. The operator walks behind on a tiller handle, and a counterweight in the chassis replaces the straddle outrigger legs found on most pedestrian stackers.

That counterbalanced design is the point: with no straddle legs in the way, the EK10S can pick up closed-bottom pallets, stillages, and roll cages that a straddle stacker can't, and it can drive straight up to shelving and stacked loads. At 34.5 inches of overall width with a 53-inch turning radius, it stays workable in tight aisles while handling loads a straddle unit would have to leave behind.

It runs on a 24V / 100Ah lithium-ion battery with a built-in onboard charger, so there is no separate charger to find floor space for — the unit plugs in and recharges directly. A 0.9 kW drive motor and a 2.2 kW lift motor are managed by DC speed control, and the polyurethane wheels suit smooth indoor floors. What does "counterbalanced" mean for me?

Instead of straddle outrigger legs, the EK10S uses a counterweight in the chassis. That lets it handle closed-bottom pallets, stillages, and roll cages that a straddle stacker cannot, and drive straight up to shelving and stacked loads.

Is it ride-on or walk-behind?

Walk-behind. The operator steers from a tiller handle and walks with the truck — there is no riding platform.

Do I need a separate charger?

No. The charger is built into the unit (24V / 30A) and the 24V / 100Ah lithium-ion battery is included, so there is no external charger to house or wire.

How tight a space does it work in?
