The EKKO EK07S is a fully powered counterbalance walkie stacker built to move and lift palletized loads where a sit-down forklift is too large and a straddle stacker can't reach. It carries 1,550 lbs at a 20-inch load center and raises forks to 118 inches (9.83 ft), combining forklift-style reach with the compact, walk-behind footprint of a stacker. It suits loading and unloading trucks, loading docks, stock rooms, manufacturing floors, and general warehousing.

Because the design is counterbalanced rather than straddle-legged, the EK07S works close to racking without front outrigger arms in the way and handles closed-bottom and non-standard pallets. Both drive and lift are 24-volt electric, and the unit ships ready to work with its battery and on-board charger included.

  • Telescoping steel mast — heavy-duty I-beam mast lifts to 118 inches, with a lowered height of 81.1 inches for travel through standard doorways.
  • 24V AC drive motor — alternating-current drive (0.75 kW) for smooth travel, with a separate 1.5 kW motor powering the hydraulic lift.
  • Electromagnetic braking with belly-button reverse — electromagnetic brakes hold the unit on stop, and a belly-button reverse switch on the handle backs it away to help avoid pinning the operator.
  • Ergonomic tiller handle — lift, lower, and horn controls are integrated into the steering handle.
  • Polyurethane wheels — 7 in x 2.5 in drive wheel and 9.5 in x 4.75 in load wheels for smooth indoor floors.
  • Robotic-welded steel chassis — robotic welding and steel construction for repeatable joint strength.
  • Adjustable forks — fork width adjusts from 8.3 to 25.2 inches to fit varied pallet sizes; forks are 42 inches long.

Does the operator ride on the stacker?
