Description

The EKKO EG30 is an electric standing tow tractor built to pull trains of carts and trailers across a facility. It tows up to 10,000 lb on a 24-volt AC drivetrain, with electronic power steering and a Curtis instrument controller managing speed and direction. The operator stands on the platform and steers from an ergonomic tiller, moving loads between loading docks, stock rooms, manufacturing floors, and warehouse aisles without an internal-combustion engine or its exhaust.

EKKO Lifts builds the EG30 from robotically welded, powder-coated steel and runs it on non-marking polyurethane wheels. The 1.3 kW AC motor uses electronic speed control for smooth starts and stops under load, and the standing-drive layout keeps the operator's sightlines clear while shuttling carts. At a 1,445 lb service weight with its battery installed, it carries the mass to hold traction while pulling a loaded train.
