EKKO EB20CS-189Li Lithium Electric Straddle Stacker 4400 lb Cap., 189" Height

The EKKO EB20CS-189Li is a 4,400 lb capacity lithium-electric straddle stacker built for high-bay loading docks, stock rooms, manufacturing floors, and warehouses. The triple-stage mast lifts to 189 in. (15.75 ft) — high enough to reach the upper beams of most pallet racking — while the lithium battery cuts swap time and adds the option of opportunity charging between shifts.

The straddle-leg base lets the forks slide between adjustable outriggers (39.8–55.5 in.) and reach under skids and pallets the way a forklift would, without needing the counterbalance mass of a sit-down truck. Forks adjust from 8.7 to 32.1 in. across to handle GMA pallets, half pallets, and custom skids without swapping forks. Lowered fork height is 2.6 in. and minimum ground clearance is 1.2 in. — low enough for ground-level pickup of most pallets and skids.

Side shift is included from the factory, so the operator can nudge a pallet a couple inches left or right without re-driving the entire truck — the kind of detail that matters when stacking against a rack post or against an adjacent pallet.

Power comes from a 24V/150Ah lithium battery with an included 24V/50A charger. Lithium chemistry means no acid maintenance, no equalizing charges, and no separate battery room required — plug in during a break and the pack tops up without damaging cell life. A Curtis controller manages drive and lift functions through the ergonomic tiller handle, with a 1,500 W 24V AC drive motor and a 3,000 W hydraulic lift motor providing the muscle.

How high does it lift, and what does 189 in. reach in a typical pallet rack?

The triple-stage mast lifts to 189 in. (15.75 ft) at the fork tips. That covers four-beam pallet racking with a top beam at around 14-15 ft — common in mid-to-high-bay warehouses. Confirm against your specific beam heights before ordering.

Why lithium instead of lead-acid?

The 24V/150Ah lithium battery accepts opportunity charging without damaging cell life, doesn’t need a dedicated battery room or watering, and weighs less than an equivalent lead-acid pack. Plug into the included 24V/50A charger during a break and the pack tops up — no full discharge required, no equalizing charge needed.

What does the side shift do?

The side shift moves the forks (and the pallet on them) a couple inches left or right relative to the truck. That lets the operator align a pallet against a rack post, against an adjacent pallet, or with a bay opening without re-driving the entire stacker. It’s included from the factory on the EB20CS-189Li.

What pallets does it fit?

Forks adjust from 8.7 to 32.1 in. across, which covers GMA pallets, half pallets, Euro pallets, and most custom skids without swapping forks. The straddle legs adjust from 39.8 to 55.5 in. to fit around the pallet footprint.

What aisle width does it need?

Turning radius is 65 in. and overall length is 81.9 in., which suits mid-narrow warehouse aisles. Very narrow aisle (VNA) applications typically need an articulated truck instead.

Is the lithium battery included, or do I source it separately?

The 24V/150Ah lithium-ion battery and the matching 24V/50A external charger ship with the EB20CS-189Li at no additional cost.
