EKKO EB18E Full Powered Straddle Stacker 4000 lb Cap., 138" Height

The EKKO EB18E is a 4,000 lb capacity full-powered electric straddle stacker built for loading docks, stock rooms, manufacturing floors, and warehouses. Both lift and drive are battery-powered — the operator walks behind on the ergonomic tiller while the truck handles the muscle.

The straddle-leg base lets the forks slide between adjustable outriggers (45.5–59.1 in.), so the EB18E reaches under skids and pallets the way a forklift would, without needing the counterbalance mass of a sit-down truck. The mast lifts to 138 in. (11.5 ft) — high enough for the second beam of most pallet racking — and the forks adjust from 9.8–31.5 in. across to handle GMA pallets, half pallets, and custom skids without swapping forks.

Power comes from a 24V/160Ah battery pack (two 12V/160Ah units in series) running a 3,000-watt hydraulic lift motor and a 1,500-watt AC drive motor. A 24V/20A external charger and the batteries are included — plug into a standard 110V outlet, charge between shifts. A Curtis controller manages drive and lift functions through the ergonomic tiller handle.

Welded steel construction with robotic welding on the chassis and telescoping mast. Polyurethane drive and load wheels. Drive speed is 4.0 km/h laden and 4.2 km/h unladen; lift speed is 92 mm/s laden and 136 mm/s unladen. Service weight is 2,100 lb. Backed by EKKO’s 3-year limited warranty.

Will it clear a standard 4-beam pallet rack?

The EB18E lifts to 138 in. (11.5 ft) at the fork tips, which reaches the second-from-top beam of most standard pallet racks. Confirm against your specific rack heights before ordering.

What pallets does it fit?

The forks adjust from 9.8 to 31.5 in. across, which covers GMA pallets, half pallets, and most custom skids without swapping forks. The straddle legs adjust from 45.5 to 59.1 in. to fit around the pallet footprint.

Can the charger plug into a standard outlet?

Yes. The included 24V/20A charger is an external unit that runs off a standard 110V AC outlet — no dedicated electrical work needed.

What aisle width does the EB18E need?

The turning radius is 60 in. and overall length is 82 in. with a maximum width of 61 in., which suits mid-narrow warehouse aisles. Measure your aisles before ordering — very narrow aisle (VNA) applications typically need an articulated truck.

Is the battery included, or do I need to source one?

Two 12V/160Ah batteries (24V system) and the matching 24V/20A external charger ship with the EB18E at no additional cost.
