EKKO EB14C-145Li Lithium Straddle Stacker 3000 lb. Cap., 145" Height

The EKKO EB14C-145Li is a 3,000 lb capacity lithium-powered straddle stacker built for loading and unloading trucks, stocking shelves, moving pallets through manufacturing aisles, and placing loads at warehouse rack heights. The straddle-leg chassis keeps the load forward of the operator on adjustable outriggers, which clear most pallet and skid footprints without an attachment swap — outer leg width adjusts from 35.4 to 51.2 inches and fork spread from 8.7 to 32.1 inches.

Power comes from a 24V/50Ah lithium-ion battery paired with a 24V/20A internal charger, so the unit recharges from a standard outlet without a separate charging station or dedicated battery room. A 2.2 kW lifting motor, DC drive motor, and Curtis Instruments controller handle the lifting and travel; the chassis is steel, the wheels are polyurethane, and a dual damping drive system absorbs the directional changes and surface transitions typical of dock-to-aisle work.

The EB14C-145Li is sized for indoor and dock work — loading and unloading trucks at the dock, moving pallets through stock rooms and manufacturing aisles, and placing loads into rack at heights up to 145 inches. For aisle planning: turning radius is 57.5 inches, overall length is 73.7 inches, and maximum overall width is 61 inches with the legs at their widest setting. Polyurethane wheels are intended for smooth indoor surfaces; uneven yard or outdoor terrain is outside the wheel set’s working envelope.
