EKKO EB13E Full Powered Straddle Stacker 2800 lb Cap., 119" Height

The EKKO EB13E is a fully powered electric straddle stacker rated to lift 2,800 lb to a maximum height of 119" (9.95 ft). Its adjustable outrigger legs open from the base to bracket a load between them, giving it the lifting stability of a much heavier truck in a footprint compact enough for loading and unloading trucks, working loading docks, and moving stock through stock rooms, manufacturing floors, and warehouse aisles.

Unlike a counterbalanced truck, a straddle stacker carries the load between its outrigger legs rather than out front on a counterweight, which is how a 1,420 lb machine handles a 2,800 lb load. The legs adjust in width to straddle pallets and wider loads, and the forks adjust from 8.3" to 33.5" to match the pallet. It is built to work in aisles as narrow as 8 feet.

A 24-volt Curtis Instrument controller holds a constant travel speed regardless of load, and a battery discharge indicator gauge keeps the operator aware of remaining charge. The 24V, 2.2 kW lift motor drives a hydraulic cylinder with a hardened chrome piston rod, and a 24V, 0.75 kW center-drive motor moves the truck. Electro-magnetic braking holds the truck on stop, electronic neutral braking controls deceleration, and a belly-button reverse feature backs the truck away if the operator is caught between it and an obstacle. A turtle (creep) mode and an offset steering handle help with precise, low-speed positioning in tight spaces.

The chassis is heavy-duty steel with robotic welding, and the telescoping mast is an I-beam design with a protective steel guard. The truck rides on polyurethane drive and load wheels suited to smooth indoor floors.

The EB13E runs on a 24-volt system built from two 12V / 100Ah deep-cycle, maintenance-free batteries, with an internal automatic charger that plugs into a standard 110V outlet — both the batteries and the charger are included. It is backed by EKKO's 3-year limited warranty and ships via LTL freight.
