The EKKO EA15B Semi-Electric Straddle Stacker combines the lift capability of a forklift with the simplicity of a walkie pallet stacker. The operator pushes and steers manually; the mast lifts under power. With a 3,300 lb load capacity at a 24-inch load center and a maximum lift height of 119.4 inches (9.95 feet), the EA15B is built for loading and unloading trucks, working loading docks, organising stock rooms, moving work across manufacturing floors, and stacking pallets in general warehousing.

The straddle design lets the EA15B handle the open-bottom pallets and skids that standard counterbalanced stackers can't approach. Outriggers adjust from 43.5 in to 59.1 in to surround the load, and fork spread adjusts from 8.3 in to 33.4 in to centre on different pallet widths. A 53.2 in turning radius lets it operate in aisles as narrow as 7 feet.

Construction is heavy-duty steel throughout: a robotically welded chassis carries an I-beam telescoping mast with a protective steel guard, and the lift system runs on a DC 12V / 1.5 kW motor powered by a deep-cycle 12V / 120 Ah battery. An internal 12V / 15 A charger ships in the unit — plug it in to a standard outlet and the EA15B is ready for the next shift.

Does the EA15B drive itself, or does the operator push it?

The operator pushes and steers the EA15B manually. The lift function is powered — the operator presses the lift control and the hydraulic motor raises the forks. Lowering and battery-meter readout are also handled at the operator handle.

Is a battery and charger included with the purchase?

Yes. The EA15B ships with a 12V / 120 Ah deep-cycle battery and a 12V / 15 A charger built into the unit. No external charging station is required — plug the stacker into a standard outlet to recharge.

Can the forks and legs be adjusted for different pallets?

Yes. The fork spread adjusts from 8.3 in to 33.4 in to centre on the load, and the straddle legs adjust from 43.5 in to 59.1 in to surround it. Forks are 45.3 in long.

What aisle width does the EA15B need?
