Forklift King Shipping Partners

At Forklift King, we work with industry-leading freight carriers to ensure that your industrial equipment arrives safely and on time. Due to the size and weight of our products, standard postal services cannot accommodate these shipments. All large and heavy items are shipped via freight carriers, and Forklift King reserves the right to select the best carrier for each order.

Freight Shipping

Freight shipments are curbside delivery only. The delivery driver is not responsible for moving items indoors or to specific locations. If the item is too heavy to move alone, we strongly recommend having assistance available to receive the shipment.

Shipping times may vary, and while we strive to ensure timely deliveries, freight shipping is subject to potential delays due to factors beyond our control.

Lead Times

Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed as quickly as possible. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

  • In-stock items typically ship within 2-3 business days after processing.
  • Backordered products may require additional time before shipment.

While we provide estimated lead times, they are not guaranteed due to supply chain variables.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order and have pre-authorized your credit card. We then contact our suppliers to verify availability.

If your item is unavailable or backordered, the pre-authorization will be voided, and we will notify you via email. If your item is available and ready for shipment within 5 business days, we will process the charges and ship your order accordingly.

Order Shipment

For in-stock items, once your payment is processed, your order will typically ship within five business days. You will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.

If you do not receive tracking information within six business days, please contact us at support@forkliftking.com or call (307) 441-9566.

No International Shipping

Forklift King currently does not ship outside the United States.

Address Changes

If your order has already been processed or shipped and you need to change the shipping address, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, address changes may result in additional delays and fees imposed by our freight partners, which will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Times

All shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. If a shipment is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, cancellation requests will be subject to applicable shipping fees, warehouse storage costs, and any related charges.

Chargebacks due to shipping delays will be considered fraudulent, and legal action may be taken for theft.

How to Prepare for Delivery

Upon receiving your shipment, carefully inspect the packaging before signing for delivery. If there is visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt before signing and take photos of the damage. Failure to report damage at the time of delivery may result in the inability to process a claim.

If your item is damaged, email the following to support@forkliftking.com within 24 hours:

  • Photos of the damage
  • Images of the box and SKU
  • A brief description of the issue

Damage reports submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for resolution.

Damaged Items

It is your responsibility to inspect delivered items for defects or damage within 5 business days of receiving the shipment.

If damage is reported within this timeframe:

  • We may offer free replacement parts.
  • We may provide a discount if you choose to keep the item as-is.
  • Depending on the situation, we may issue a refund or replacement.

If damage is not reported within 5 business days:

  • No refunds, free replacements, or discounts will be issued.
  • Replacement parts may still be available for purchase.

All damaged products must remain unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a resolution.

Missing Items

If any items are missing from your order upon delivery, report it to us within 5 business days by emailing support@forkliftking.com.

When reporting missing items:

  • Mark the delivery receipt as "missing" before signing.
  • Notify the truck driver of the shortage.
  • Allow time for the carrier to locate the missing items.

If the missing items cannot be located, we will issue a replacement at no cost. Claims submitted after 5 business days will not be accepted.

Stolen Packages (FedEx or UPS Deliveries)

For postal shipments marked as "delivered" by the carrier but not received, it is the recipient's responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. Forklift King is not responsible for stolen packages.

Shipping Options

Forklift King provides curbside delivery as our standard shipping option. This typically takes 5-15 business days for delivery.

Agreement to Terms

By using this site and placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping terms outlined above. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this site.
